Bristol Jenkins is a certified health practitioner, fitness coach, and wellness entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience helping people transform their health through science-based nutrition and functional fitness. He is the founder of Bodies by Bristol, the owner of 3BX Fitness, and the creator of Wellness Edge 360, a wellness platform offering two science-based paths to real transformation: precision metabolomic testing to to decode your body and professionally guided medical weight loss supported by advanced peptide protocols.

Bristol’s passion for health education was born out of personal loss. After losing his father to diabetes, he made it his mission to help people understand what many never learn about nutrition, metabolism, and chronic disease. That mission ultimately inspired the creation of Nutrition In The Dark—a podcast dedicated to bringing clarity to the confusion surrounding diet, health, and performance.

Through his coaching and businesses, Bristol has helped countless clients improve their health through personalized meal planning, metabolic-focused nutrition strategies, functional training, and accountability systems designed for long-term success.
